Consider the lists of aggravating and mitigating circumstances in the “Death Penalty” section (pp. 334-335). Which items on the list might apply to him? Explain your answer, based on the facts in the case. Hello class, Here are my answers to this weeks class discussion after reading chapter 9. 1.) Homicide is when one human being causes the death of another human being. 2.) Murder is killing a person with "malice aforethought." 3.) Manslaughter is the crime of killing a human being without malice aforethought, or otherwise in circumstances not amounting to murder. Manslaughter is different from murder because because it does NOT include killing with "malice aforethought."
